To avoid any disappointment in your order please take note of the below terms and conditions.

Make to order

We operate on a make-to-order model, which means that your garments are only cut and constructed after you have placed your order. Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks for your order to be produced before it goes out for delivery or ready for collection. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our make-to-order products (we don’t hold stock and have limited material quantities), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Faulty product

If you believe a fault has occurred within six months of receiving your order, please email clara.bosshard@gmail.com with an explanation and photos of what has occurred. Our first action will be to offer repairs, as we believe in prolonging the life of our garments. Our second option will be to replace the product. If the product can’t be replaced or repaired then we will issue a refund. Please note that faults occurring from damage or misuse will not be considered as faulty.

Shipping and deliveries

We offer shipping to select countries and locations (NZ, Australia, UK, USA). Additional charges may apply for international orders.
Delivery will take place once the garment has been constructed (this can take up to 3 weeks). Delivery times may vary and are estimated within a reasonable time frame. NZ deliveries should take between 1-3 working days, and international deliveries 5-15 working days. However, we are not responsible for any delays beyond our control, such as customs clearance, transportation issues, or natural disasters.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will not be liable for any loss or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Click and Collect

We offer a click and collect for customers based in Wellington. If you select this we will contact you after the garment has be constructed to arrange a time for the purchase to be collected from our Te Aro based studio.
